About the Role

As Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail service, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This key role collaborates closely with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience, and our team relies on your ability to coach effective selling and customer service skills.

About You

This role suits a range of people including those who work in retail and healthcare industries. Optical industry experience is helpful but not essential. We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organized, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support our growth. Other requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
