We're on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join the Jay Jays crew at our BANKSTOWN store
This role is perfect for someone hungry for career progression and looking to grow into future leadership opportunities.
As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, smashing KPIs, and leading a team that delivers next-level customer service — all while repping the latest in streetwear.
This is a PART TIME role with a MINIMUM of 30 hours per week, including weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays. We're only interested in applicants who are serious about their future and ready to build a career with us.

A Day in the Life
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an epic customer experience.
- Coach your team to be the best they can be, offering guidance and feedback.
- Help with day-to-day operations like stock management and keeping the store looking fresh.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive environment for your team.
- Assist with visual merchandising to make sure the store is always on point.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
- A love for streetwear and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- A proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Experience with visual merchandising is a bonus.
