About You- You will have proven numeracy and literacy levels associated with Year 10 Secondary Education, with demonstrated ability to complete forms, enter data and information into computer programs using Microsoft Office programs, as well as cashiering duties and basic receipting.
- You will hold a Certificate III in Waste Management, or have minimum 12 months' proven relevant experience in waste management or landfilling, or be able to complete the course.
- You will have the ability to provide quality operations, ensuring facilities are well-managed and operated effectively and within safety guidelines to meet Council targets and achieve outcomes in line with NSW Environment Protection Authority requirements.
- You will hold a current NSW WorkCover Construction Induction Certificate (White card).
- You will have a Class C Drivers Licence or higher class.
- You will have demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the position description).
- You will have demonstrated Fundamental key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the position description).
- A permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week.
- A salary from $58,369 to $65,579 per year, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Training courses and professional development opportunities.
- Access to a 9-day fortnight system.
