Accounts Payable Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide business and operational support, building effective partnerships to drive compliance and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier invoices and supporting documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with Business Units to resolve invoicing-related queries
- Process client and staff disbursements
- Maintain supplier master lists
- Monitor and track compliance with organisational policy and procedure
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a flexible and positive approach
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing the best service to our customers
- Experience using technology, including accounting systems and packages, email, and internet
- A highly flexible and supportive work environment
