Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Operate in accordance with infection control standards and WHS policies and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, clients, and patients.
  • Assist the production teams to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved at all times.
  • Support Healthscope's safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital, aged care, or medical setting.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence.
  • Time management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to commit to the flexibility of working Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster, including afternoon, evening, and occasional night shifts.
