Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Operate in accordance with infection control standards and WHS policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, clients, and patients.
- Assist the production teams to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Support Healthscope's safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital, aged care, or medical setting.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence.
- Time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to the flexibility of working Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster, including afternoon, evening, and occasional night shifts.
- Flexibility to work across one or multiple hospitals across our network.
