Customer Service Representative

  • You will be responsible for managing all sales/service enquiries via inbound CRM & Phone Systems within set SLAs, striving for first contact resolution with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include establishing initiative-taking and professional communication with internal & external stakeholders. You will also review purchase orders and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
