Job Title: Cake Decorator and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic team member to assist with cake decorating tasks and provide exceptional customer service in our store.

  • Assisting with cake decorating tasks including designing and crafting intricate designs on cakes.
  • Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Opening or closing the store as required, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
  • Performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Completing other daily store tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide exceptional customer service.
