Greenhouse Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable staff members to join our team in a full-time Horticulture role. The position involves working Monday to Thursday from 7:30am-4pm and 7:30am-2pm Fridays.
The job will be predominantly outdoor-based, with day-to-day duties including:
- Plant raising
- Pest and disease control
- Seed planting
- General crop maintenance and harvesting
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- An ability to work in a hands-on role
- The ability to arrive on time with a focus on reliability
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
- Clear and confident communication skills
