**Support Specialist Role**

You will also need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, and experience working in a SIL environment or supporting people with complex disabilities. Additionally, flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers, is essential.
