About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team at City of Moreton Bay. As a key member of our Economic Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing The Mill Priority Development Area.

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering development projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. You will also analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for land acquisition and disposal
  • Manage planning approvals and ensure project compliance
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in property development and land acquisition/disposal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
