Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate information sharing across internal systems and third-party providers.

You will collaborate with delivery leaders and product managers to understand priorities and drive continuous improvement. Your role involves understanding customer needs and business goals, working closely with development teams to make swift decisions.

As a Product Owner, you will shape how our products meet customer expectations while contributing to overall success. This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne office, with hybrid working arrangements available.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Product Ownership: Proven track record in managing digital products with a deep understanding of customer experience, engagement, and innovative product development.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience in Agile environments, adept at delivering incremental value and managing priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Data Savvy: Strong backend experience with a knack for data transformation, and the ability to model and analyze data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for various audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent at building client relationships, eliciting requirements, and solving complex problems with a strategic and organized approach.
