System Designer and Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled System Designer and Engineer to support complex defence and national security projects.

As a key member of our team, you will have experience in Defence or Defence industry and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent opportunity working within our engineering stream.
  • You will work on complex defence and national security projects.
  • You will be responsible for system design, safety engineering and/or systems concepts and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in Defence or consulting services industries.
  • Proven experience working in Land, Communications, Navy, Space or other Defence sectors.
  • Experience with Validation and Verification (V&V), Test and Evaluation (T&E), System Design, Safety Engineering and/or systems concepts and specifications.
  • Strong engineering experience in a hands-on role as well as ability to consult and lead projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and stakeholder management.
  • Qualified/certified Engineer or holding an equivalent engineering qualification.
Requirements:
  • Candidates who currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • Candidates who are able to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
