Health Science Trainer Position

Key responsibilities of the Health and Nursing Trainer role include delivering comprehensive training programs across various topics, with a focus on human biology.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A diploma in nursing or an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as human biology or allied health.
  • At least one year of experience working in healthcare, preferably in a training and development capacity.

Desirable skills and attributes include:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116) or willingness to attain this qualification over time.
  • Confidence in presenting to students and effectively communicating complex information.
  • Ability to utilize technology in the classroom, including learning management systems, tablets, apps, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage change.
