About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to create innovative e-learning modules that meet learning and business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging content using various digital platforms.

About You:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in instructional design and e-learning development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are essential. A deep understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary learning models is also required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality E-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other digital tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop compliant training initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure effective learning content and methodologies.
  • Evaluate user experience and implement improvements to enhance the learning experience.
