We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Manage the front desk reception, handling patient inquiries and appointments.
  • Support healthcare professionals by collecting and entering patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments as required.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Knowledge of medical software, such as Pracsoft/Medtech, is an advantage.
