We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our Industrial and Waste Services Division, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate staff, review routes for efficiency, process payroll, provide general support to drivers and the branch manager, and roll out toolboxes and policies, ensuring chain of responsibility.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and fleet management, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with Cleanaway's business objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Manage logistics budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
