
Strategic Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role
The Strategic Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing long-term production plans across multiple sites, inclusive of planning, capacity management, and intercompany requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create robust, capacity-constrained plans for a rolling 18-month horizon.
- Partner with current suppliers to identify capacity constraints requiring support from alternate production sites/sources.
- Review requirements plans and balance supply across available facilities, recommending actions for approval.
- Support new product development/commercialization processes and footprint/sourcing changes.
- Challenge manufacturing strategies to ensure best practice models are implemented.
About You:
- Previous experience in supply chain or planning, preferably with a tertiary qualification.
- Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
