
Strategic Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to support our designated Medical Business Units in planning end-to-end supply chain activities.
This role will serve as the point of contact across key activities affecting Business Unit inventory and supply performance, including replenishment strategy and demand planning, material master data settings, procurement order processing, vendor performance, and inventory optimisation.
- Drive ongoing improvements to inventory optimisation through monthly analysis assessments of business inventory
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with Business Unit Marketing/Product or Service Managers
- Support Customer Operations, Product/Marketing or Service managers with daily information regarding potential and actual shortages for stocked product lines with reliable ETA details
- Supply & Forecasting Control including ETA reporting, forecasting, coordination with freight forwarders and asset procurement
- Maintain a strong understanding of system transactional processes affecting the accuracy of inventory records; providing day to day governance and support to system users both within and outside the Operations team where required.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supporting designated Medical Business Units through planning of end-to-end supply chain activities
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of system transactional processes affecting the accuracy of inventory records
- Providing day to day governance and support to system users both within and outside the Operations team
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Formal tertiary Supply Chain / Business Analysis qualification or relevant past business experience
- Advanced level SAP knowledge highly regarded
- Good interpersonal, communication, telephone, team building, and listening skills
- Ability to develop a sound understanding of the company and products
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and participating in the development of changes to procedures and systems
