Your Opportunity

We're seeking motivated Feedmill Hands to join our expanding team. As a Feedmill Hand, you'll work every day in the feedmill and commodity-related operations area, supporting the production and distribution of sustainable feed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and inspect feed safely and systematically, according to quality specification
• Perform general hand tasks efficiently, assisting production staff and working to meet individual and group targets
• Complete manual handling duties, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
• Adapt new skills quickly across multiple functions of the mill
• Be an active, respectful team member, reliable and committed to work
• Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards
• Ability to understand, correctly interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and information in a timely manner
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good level of fitness, as you'll manually handle up to 25kg
• A forklift licence is required
