About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences that engage and excite our community through various initiatives, including events, campaigns, and digital promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing engaging in-person and digital brand experiences.
- Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and partnerships.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience.
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of community engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or marketing.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset – we're looking for someone who can take ownership and deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during key events or activations.
