Senior Financial Reporting Lead

The Head of Financial Reporting & Control is a pivotal senior leadership position responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing financial reporting and control team
- Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines for statutory financial reporting and APRA/regulatory reporting
- Maintain robust internal controls and accounting policy adherence
- Drive accuracy and efficiency improvements in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across senior leadership and wider business.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- CA or CPA qualification
- SIGNIFICANT financial reporting experience in complex, regulated environments
- Deep technical accounting expertise in IFRS, APRA reporting, and AASB 1056 Superannuation Entities
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Technology One
