Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and operational expert to join our team as Head of WHS, Quality, Risk and Compliance. This role involves providing advice, support and reporting on all WHS, quality, risk and compliance matters.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position that requires developing and deploying WHS, Quality and Enterprise Risk Management systems, policies and procedures that support business operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring these systems, policies and procedures are aligned to relevant ISO standards as well as stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective WHS, Quality and Enterprise Risk Management strategies.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on WHS, quality, risk and compliance matters.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in WHS, quality, risk and compliance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
