About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Operations Associate to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding pipelines for existing and new practitioner types, including interviews, contracts, credentialing, and compliance.
  • Liaise with the Performance team to meet supply targets.
  • Optimise the practitioner onboarding experience and reduce time to activation.
  • Maintain accurate records across systems and provide reporting and recommendations to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for practitioners on non-clinical matters.
Process Improvement
  • Own practitioner lifecycle CRM, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Tech & Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance tooling.
  • Document and improve workflows to ensure scalability and repeatability.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, human resources, account management, or workforce coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
