As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving the concession store's financial targets and company key performance indicators. This role focuses heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, building a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful in-store experience
  • Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to empower your team
  • Collaborate with other concession managers, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve shared goals

  • Passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills
  • Strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience in managing large teams, developing their performance, and providing training and development opportunities
  • Operational excellence, with expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
