Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Karratha. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, scheduling and allocating work, and supervising their tasks on a daily basis.
  • Deliver high-quality facilities services to stakeholders, consistent with all relevant quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance of site grounds, facilities, and buildings.
  • Maintain a secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in a related industry.
  • A minimum of six months' experience of supervising a team.
  • LF Forklift license and manual driver's license, Class C.
Working Conditions
  • A high level of physical fitness, strength, and health.
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to approximately 20kgs.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
