Karratha Cleaning is a locally owned and operated business, trusted by government, commercial and industrial clients across the Pilbara. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and delivering cleaning services that meet the highest safety and quality standards.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Operations & Quality Support on a casual basis. This role is focused on conducting quality inspections across client sites, while also providing flexible support to our operations team when required.

About the Role

  • Carry out inspections across client sites to ensure cleaning standards and contract requirements are met.
  • Complete inspection reports and provide feedback to the operations team.
  • Monitor safety, hygiene and compliance across worksites.
  • Assist with operational support tasks as needed, including coordinating maintenance requests, organising supplies, or general errands.
  • Flexible, casual hours with work allocated as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on presentation and quality.
  • Professional and confident communicating with staff, contractors and clients.
  • Organised and able to work independently.
  • A team player who can provide flexible support to operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current Driver's Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, or quality/compliance roles (preferred).
  • White Card and/or First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • Strong computer and reporting skills.
