About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Royal Automobile Association. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable adventures for our valued members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalized experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
  • Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
  • Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

About You

You'll be a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. We are also looking for:

  • Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A demonstrated track record of reaching high-performing sales targets.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
  • Knowledge in domestic products.
