About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Aspect, where we empower individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to achieve meaningful change. As an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Registered Psychologist, or Social Worker, you'll work collaboratively with our team to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop tailored intervention strategies that build capacity and work with participants' interests.

  • A flexible and autonomous working day with 4.25 current daily billable hours, supporting three to four people each day.

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications for your profession.
  • Fully registered with AHPRA (OT/Pscyh) or eligible for membership with the SPA (Speech pathologist) or eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (Social Workers).
  • A current driver's licence, use of your own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km), and willingness to travel across your local community.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance.
