Our Graduate Program

Our comprehensive 8+ week graduate program is designed to support you as you develop your own caseload and kick-start your career. You will be part of a dynamic team of experienced therapy professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients.

  • A structured induction and training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed
  • A combination of self-paced and guided modules covering introduction to the Aspect and working with clients
  • Joint and shadow visits to help you learn the ropes
  • An informative webinar series covering the latest evidence-based research
  • Child protection and safeguarding training
  • An Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • A strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needs
What We Offer

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration and membership with AHPRA (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per kilometre) and willingness to travel across your local LGAs
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Appropriate Working With Children Check for paid employment in the State or Territory in which you work (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate
  • A minimum of two COVID19 vaccinations or evidence of a valid medical exemption
