Accounts Payable Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial procedures and policies
  • Manage vendor relationships, including resolution of any issues or discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute reports on a regular basis
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or receivable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • You're a self-starter
