Project Manager Role

Lead a major campus development in the Cairns CBD as a strategic and experienced Project Manager. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading major infrastructure projects (> $50M) through all phases
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks with capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively in complex stakeholder environments
