Job Overview

  • The Test Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of testing activities across multiple teams, vendors, and business users.
  • This is a complex, business-critical project that spans finance, supply chain, and other core functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the testing strategy and plan.
  • Leading and coordinating testing with vendors and business users.
  • Running structured defect triage, ensuring timely resolution and minimal risk.
  • Reporting on testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership.
  • Guiding business users through UAT.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ERP/SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of testing phases, tools, and defect management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

  • The Test Lead will take ownership of testing across the program, providing structure, oversight, and leadership.
