Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and facilitate cross-functional teams for effective project execution.
  • Manage project resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to junior team members.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, presenting project updates and necessary changes or risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in SAP implementations, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including its capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach to project delivery.
