About Our Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Coordinator. This exciting role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to lead and coordinate a small cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in Brisbane, whilst also engaging in regular travel to Melbourne for training, professional development and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve any issues or challenges
  • Act as a liaison between parents, educators, and management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Selection Criteria:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as children’s services, social services, education or business administration
  • Previous experience in coordinating multiple services or programs is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals
