Job Title: Senior iOS Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior iOS Technical Lead to join our team at Carsales. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our iOS applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in iOS development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the iOS development team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborating with product owners to define and deliver technical requirements
  • Designing and implementing technology solutions to meet current and future needs
  • Communicating technical capabilities internally and externally
  • Enhancing and delivering existing features to our application
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours
  • Expertise in people leadership, motivating, coaching, mentoring and developing software engineers
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle
  • Technical expertise in iOS development and delivery
  • Experience with Flutter would be a bonus
