Job Summary:

Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Unix Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Division, you will play a vital role in managing Midrange Unix Infrastructure, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical leadership to application teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other teams to assess, plan, and implement infrastructure improvements, patching, and upgrades.
  • Evaluate and support ISM compliant secure Midrange Unix infrastructure platforms.
  • Participate in incident response and problem management activities.
  • Support security monitoring and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Red Hat Ansible automation, Red Hat Pacemaker, Red Hat Satellite, and Identity Manager.
  • Experience with Virtualisation on the IBM Power, VMware, Openstack, and Oracle SPARC platforms.
  • Certified Red Hat Certified Administrator (RHCA) or Certified Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Oracle Solaris Administration Certification is highly regarded.

Submission Requirements:

Duration: 12 months

Extension: 24 months extension options possible

Clearance: Australian Citizens with NV1 clearance
