Role Overview:

This position is for experienced medical professionals to deliver excellence in clinical care at an emergency medicine facility.

  • You will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring optimal medical treatment and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
  • Evidence of being a medical expert demonstrated by recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice.
  • Completion or currently undertaking an Emergency Life Support course and skill/experience in Emergency Medicine.
Requirements:
  • A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
  • Evidence of being a scholar maintains medical professional development and has the ability to assist other staff.
Hospital Overview:

The hospital is a ninety nine bed facility providing a comprehensive range of services including acute medical and surgical services, obstetrics, paediatrics and diagnostic and allied health services. The referral community of the area is 55,200. Adult Medical services include respiratory, cardiac, chemotherapy, renal and palliative care. Surgical services include general, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology and ophthalmology.

Skill requirements: Primary medical degree, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice, completion or currently undertaking an Emergency Life Support course, skill/experience in Emergency Medicine, evidence of being a scholar, maintains medical professional development and has the ability to assist other staff, skilled communicator, collaborator, manager, professional, advocate.
