About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an SRA Supervisor. As a key member of our pathology laboratory, you will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory assistants and ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of laboratory assistants to perform manual and automated diagnostic testing
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory processes
  • Contribute to the development of new assays and protocols to enhance laboratory capabilities
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a relevant field, with demonstrated experience in laboratory management and supervision. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
