About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Education Manager to lead the development and implementation of our education program.
The successful candidate will promote children's well-being, development, and learning by providing high-quality care, activities, and educational elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an education program that aligns with approved frameworks
- Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and internal/external stakeholders
- Mentor and support educators in understanding the education program and practice
- Ensure compliance with policy and undertake administrative requirements
- Work collaboratively with families and the school community
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent with demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education
- Sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
- Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Currently possess or be willing to obtain relevant certifications
