The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our dynamic team at JV Recruitment. As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team.

You will be responsible for managing maintenance requests, ensuring quality workmanship, and mentoring team members. Your hands-on skills in plaster patching, painting, and carpentry will be essential as you tackle various projects and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Qualified Carpenter with a relevant qualification in carpentry
  • Experience in maintenance, including plaster patching, painting, and carpentry
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Level-headed and thoughtful approach to client communications
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor
