Overview

RPR Trades, a leading provider of specialized services, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their team in Pakenham. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute their expertise.

Job Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including repair and fabrication of moulds and mould frames, steel benches and platforms, as well as repairing or replacing gearboxes and motors. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding is essential, along with the ability to operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment such as brobo steel cutters, grinders, linishers, presses, bearing pullers, chain blocks, and cranes.

Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance and fabrication work
  • Skilled in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
  • Proficient in operating various machinery and equipment
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $60.00 per hour, with hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The duration of the position is approximately one month.
