The team comprises 25 legal professionals who foster a tight-knit environment where performance and empathy go hand-in-hand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Family Law division
  • Mentor a junior lawyer and two paralegals while handling a caseload that spans parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, and matters involving domestic violence.
  • Influence the direction of the Family Law division.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years PAE with a strong Family Law background
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law is highly advantageous
  • Skilled in parenting, property, divorce, and DV files
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive practice growth
  • Approachable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
