  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow, providing accurate monthly rolling final account forecasts.
  • Oversee external engineering design aspects of projects, price and submit variation claims, and administer contracts.
  • Deliver and manage client expectations, ensuring high-quality project delivery within budget and timeframe.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar, with minimum 7-15 years of experience in delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards.
  • Strong project financial reporting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
