This role provides leadership to the Home Delivery Centre Administration & Returns teams, ensuring effective and compliant administration processes and tasks are executed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team to execute site-based administration routines, processes, and systems.
- Ensuring team performance meets expected standards for financial and customer-related objectives.
- Maintaining safe work practices, hazard reporting, and legislative compliance.
- Supporting labour management objectives through Time & Attendance system maintenance.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Year 12 education minimum.
- Relevant experience in high-volume warehouse environments, preferably in retail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an administration focus.
- High proficiency in process management and office tools.
