About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing expenditure to maximize returns from each property
  • Communicating with owners and tenants to provide timely and professional advice on property management
  • Ensuring all leases and documentation are executed and kept safely
  • Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing agreements
  • Coordinating maintenance procedures, including cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance
  • Preparing income and expenditure budgets
  • Providing monthly and annual narrative reports

Requirements:

  • Commercial property management experience
  • Good financial acumen
  • Knowledge of navigating and interpreting leases
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
