This veterinary nursing role offers a chance to develop your skills and expertise in animal care.
You will work closely with the Animal Care team to learn about animal illnesses, injuries, behaviour assessment, population health management and environmental enrichment.
Key Responsibilities- Care for all animals at the centre.
- Develop veterinary nursing skills through formal and on-the-job training.
- Contribute to high standards of animal care and welfare.
- Completed Year 10 with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Queensland C class drivers' licence (or ability to obtain).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to completing associated qualification requirements.
- 17.5% annual leave loading.
