Cafe Operations Manager

As a Cafe Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe and grab-and-go services. This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills to ensure compliance with contract and service standards.
The Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cafe operations, ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
- Open and close cafe operations efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee workload, prioritizing tasks to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and support front-of-house team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Provide hands-on service, including barista duties, to meet customer demands.
- A proven ability to lead a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
- A willingness to learn and grow, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
