Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced options trader to fill a key position within our operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our team, challenging existing processes, and driving innovation forward.

Key responsibilities include managing risk and overseeing trading for the desk's options books with precision and accuracy. The candidate will analyze historical data to refine trading strategies and identify new opportunities that can be leveraged to drive growth.

Additionally, the successful candidate will design, implement, and execute profitable positional option strategies that meet or exceed performance expectations. Collaboration with developers and the commercial team is essential to improve overall trading performance through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of options trading landscape
  • Responsible risk appetite
  • Drive to make continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in driving improvements in a trading environment
  • Strong grasp of options trading concepts
  • At least four years of experience in the trading industry
  • Hands-on experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and/or crypto trading
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving approach
