About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to lead our talented team of designers as they create visually stunning assets for our retail brands. As a key member of our design team, you will drive the digital design strategy and ensure seamless execution across all brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital design strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.
  • Lead a team of designers to create high-quality digital assets that meet the highest standards of creativity and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute our digital design strategy and deliver exceptional creative work.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design team remains at the forefront of innovation.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital design within an agency or fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven expertise in digital and social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, email, display, and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Dreamweaver, and Bridge.
  • Strong understanding of frontend coding, including HTML5, and digital processes.
  • Experience with animation software, such as After Effects, Animate, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of responsive, UX, and conversion-focused design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
