About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our passionate team at T2 Tea. As a key member of our design studio, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional digital experiences that bring our brand to life across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute visually stunning website and CRM visual communications, including banners, tiles, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and advertising assets.
  • Create captivating in-store digital screen content, with a focus on bespoke format optimization.
  • Design and execute wholesale website assets, emails, and social collateral, as well as stockist digital advertising assets.
  • Design and execute third-party marketplace website and advertising assets.
About You
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an in-house studio or agency.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Design.
  • Experience with responsive design and a mobile-first approach is essential.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and web interface design software (Figma).
  • Experience with 3D rendering and animation software (Blender, Substance).
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
